"There was no sign of warning, no fearful chill or moaning wind to caution him. London is far away...It is as far to us as the stars"

When the villagers of Eyam are marked by the plague they are led into the ultimate sacrifice. Their choice to protect neighbouring villages by quarantining themselves from the rest of the world challenged friends, families and faiths.

In Emma Hind's 'The Boundary', the ensemble cast explores the human condition, through the family central to the story, the Mompessons and their staff, as they battle with their pasts, presents and futures.

This production is a key piece in Charlie's research into working with new writing and it will be being performed as part of her MA Making Performance.  All the images, interviews and processes are contributing to her findings and we would like to thank the continuing support of our artists in this project.
Thanks Guys, You Are WONDERFUL!!!
